On October 28, Changzhou Xinyang’s phthalic anhydride (PA) unit, with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year, is operating normally. The plant reports that inventory has been oversold. PA pricing stands at RMB 10,800/ton, up by RMB 50/ton, with orders being accepted on a limited basis.
