Chempricehub, August 13 — On August 13, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride unit, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, is operating at around 50% of capacity. Inventory remains at a low level. The quotation for phthalic anhydride is 9,150 CNY/ton, up 50 CNY/ton from the previous level. Orders are being accepted on a limited basis.
