On February 9, the DBP market in Jiangsu region was weak and declined, with a quoted price of 7,800 yuan/ton. In Shandong region, the DBP market was weak and declined, with a quoted price of 7,700 yuan/ton. In Zhejiang region, the DBP market was weak and declined, with a quoted price of 7,900 yuan/ton. On February 9, the price of n-butanol, a raw material for plasticizer DBP, fell from a high level, while the phthalic anhydride market remained weak and stable. The price of isooctanol declined, leading to a weak decrease in the cost of DBP raw materials. PVC prices fluctuated within a narrow range, and downstream demand remained sluggish. DBP enterprises experienced a slight decline in equipment operating rates, with sufficient DBP supply. DBP factory inventories were at low levels, and downstream customers showed moderate purchasing enthusiasm. Transaction prices were subject to negotiation, with DBP prices ranging from 7,700 to 7,900 yuan/ton. The DBP market remained weak and stable, with continued downward pressure and weakened upward momentum, indicating a weak and consolidating trend.
