On January 13, the price of acetic acid in Jiangsu region was around 2,600 yuan per ton, up by 25 yuan per ton from January 6. The capacity utilization rate of the acetic acid market remains low, while downstream demand shows little change. Enterprise inventories have decreased slightly, and market participants hold an optimistic outlook. In the short term, acetic acid prices are expected to remain stable with a wait-and-see approach.
