On January 29, the price of acetic acid in the Zhejiang region was approximately 2,750 yuan per ton ex-works, down by 25 yuan per ton. The domestic operating rate of acetic acid has increased, while downstream demand has followed up on a need-based basis, leading to a slight weakening in enterprise shipments. As a result, the acetic acid market is experiencing a consolidation and downward trend.
