On January 7, the price of acetic acid in Jiangsu region was around 2,600 yuan/ton, up 25 yuan/ton from January 6. The capacity utilization rate of the acetic acid market is not high, downstream demand has not changed much, enterprise inventories have decreased, and industry sentiment is optimistic. In the short term, acetic acid prices are expected to remain firm.
