Chempricehub, July 16 news: On July 16, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant, with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year, operated at less than 50% capacity utilization, with low inventory. The ex-factory price of phthalic anhydride was 8,600 RMB/ton, up 100 RMB/ton from the previous quotation.
