On July 14, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported a phthalic anhydride (PA) capacity of 80,000 tons. The PA plant is operating normally with limited inventory, mainly for self-use. The offer price for PA is 7,900 RMB/ton, representing an increase of 200 RMB/ton.
