On October 12, Zhejiang Hongbo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. operated its 50,000-ton annual capacity plasticizer production unit at low load. The ex-works price for Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) was quoted at RMB 10,700/ton, representing an increase of RMB 200/ton. Actual transaction prices also rose. Downstream purchasing activity remained moderate.
