On October 22, the maleic anhydride market in Shandong Province showed an upward trend. Ex-works prices for solid maleic anhydride (SMA) were trading around RMB 9,300–9,700/ton, while ex-works prices for liquid maleic anhydride (LMA) were in the range of RMB 8,900–9,200/ton. Leading producers have adjusted their contract prices upwards.
