On October 23, Guannan Xinguan Wine Co., Ltd. commenced production at its 100,000-ton annual capacity edible ethanol plant. The price of standard-grade ethanol was adjusted upward by RMB 30 per ton to RMB 5,780 per ton, while the price for premium-grade ethanol stood at RMB 5,830 per ton.
