- Low-end power applications: RMB 21,000–25,000 per tonne
- Mid-range power applications: RMB 26,000–32,000 per tonne
- High-end power applications: RMB 32,000–38,000 per tonne
- High-end digital applications: RMB 46,000–65,000 per tonne
