Changzhou Xinyang’s phthalic anhydride (PA) plant has a capacity of 100,000 tons per year. The unit is operating normally with no inventory surplus; however, the supplier is oversold on current stock. PA prices are quoted at RMB 10,750/ton, up by RMB 50/ton from the previous level. The company is accepting orders on a limited basis.
