On October 8, the PVC market in Linyi remained largely stable with minor fluctuations. Futures prices adjusted within a narrow range, while the spot market showed little movement. Distributors primarily maintained their previous quoted prices, leading to widespread wait-and-see attitudes and sluggish trading activity. Currently, mainstream quotations for calcium carbide route PVC (SG-5) are in the range of RMB 4,860–4,920 per tonne.
