On September 1, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operation of its DBP and DIBP production units with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 tons. The company's DOTP offer was raised by RMB 100/ton to RMB 9,800/ton. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing interest, and actual transaction prices were mainly subject to negotiation.
