On September 21, Shandong Dongyue raised its ex-factory price for bulk dichloromethane (DCM) by RMB 30/ton to RMB 2,430/ton. The quoted price is based on cash settlement; an additional premium of RMB 20/ton applies for payment via bank acceptance bills.
