On September 3, Shandong Xinfa adjusted liquid caustic soda prices: 32% ion-exchange membrane caustic soda was quoted at RMB 650/ton, while 50% ion-exchange membrane caustic soda was cut by RMB 20/ton to RMB 1,020/ton, from its 1.13 million t/y plant.
