PTA Industry This Week's Highlights (May 29 – June 4, 2026)

  1. This week, domestic weekly PTA output was 1.1858 million tons, an increase of 49,800 tons compared to last week.
  2. This week, domestic weekly PTA capacity utilization rate was 61.39%, up 2.14 percentage points from last week.
  3. This week, the polyester industry's weekly average operating rate was 80.21%, down 0.56 percentage points from last week.
  4. This week, PTA social inventory stood at approximately 3.355 million tons, a decrease of 195,700 tons month-on-month.
  5. This week, the average PTA processing fee was 530.76 yuan/ton, an increase of 74.32 yuan/ton from last week.
