Rumors of US-Iran negotiations lead to a significant drop in international oil prices.

Influenced by rumors regarding negotiations between the United States and Iran, international crude oil futures prices fell significantly by more than 5% in the late evening of March 24.
As of 8:20 PM Eastern Time on the 24th, the price of light crude oil futures for May delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange dropped by $4.64 from the afternoon closing price to $87.71 per barrel, a decrease of 5.02%. The price of Brent crude oil futures for May delivery fell by $6.29 from the closing price to $98.20 per barrel, a decline of 6.02%.
According to a report by The New York Times on the same day, the United States has conveyed a 15-point ceasefire agreement aimed at ending the current military conflict to Iran through Pakistan. Additionally, it was reported that the United States is also seeking a one-month ceasefire with Iran.
