On December 23, the Sichuan Provincial Emergency Management Department announced the fourth batch of 16 chemical industrial parks that have been classified as having a lower level of safety risk (D-level). According to the revised and issued "Guidelines for the Safety Risk Assessment and Management of Chemical Industrial Parks," the safety risk levels of chemical industrial parks are categorized into four levels, from high to low, namely A-level, B-level, C-level, and D-level, respectively representing high, higher, general, and lower safety risks. Based on the list, Luzhou City has three chemical industrial parks listed,攀枝花市、德阳市、达州市、凉山州 each has two parks, while Guangyuan City, Neijiang City, Leshan City, Meishan City, and Yibin City each has one park listed.
