Zhangyuan Tungsten operates 12,000 tonnes capacity with over 60% self-sufficiency in tungsten concentrate, giving it a clear cost advantage. CMOC Group produces 9,500 tonnes via by-product recovery from its Luanchuan operations. Guangdong Xianglu Tungsten rounds out the top tier with 9,600 tonnes of high-purity powder (≥99.9%).
