On the evening of January 4, 2026, Yonghe Co., Ltd. announced that, in order to further optimize its management structure and achieve regional centralized management, the company held a board meeting on December 30, 2025, where a proposal for the absorption and merger between wholly-owned subsidiaries was reviewed and approved. The announcement revealed that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorochemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Inner Mongolia Yonghe"), intends to absorb and merge another wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Huasheng Hydrofluoric Acid Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huasheng Hydrofluoric Acid"). Upon completion of this absorption and merger, Inner Mongolia Yonghe will serve as the surviving entity, fully inheriting all assets, liabilities, business operations, personnel, and other rights and obligations of Huasheng Hydrofluoric Acid, while Huasheng Hydrofluoric Acid will proceed with deregistration in accordance with the law. Yonghe Co., Ltd. stated that this move aims to integrate regional resources, enhance management efficiency, reduce operational costs, and lay a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
