(1) To invest in various industrial, commercial, household chemical products, and petrochemical products that are encouraged and allowed by the state to utilize foreign investment; (2) Upon written authorization from the company's invested enterprise (unanimously approved by the board of directors), provide the following services to the invested enterprise: 1. Assist or act as an agent for the invested enterprise to purchase machinery and equipment, office equipment, and raw materials, components, and parts required for production from both domestic and foreign sources, and sell the products produced by the invested enterprise domestically and internationally, as well as provide after-sales service; 2. Balance foreign exchange among the invested enterprises with the consent and supervision of the foreign exchange management department; 3. Provide technical support, employee training, and internal personnel management services for the production, sales, and market development processes of the invested enterprises; 4. Assist its invested enterprises in seeking loans and providing guarantees; 5. Sell the products produced by its invested enterprises through distribution in domestic and international markets; 6. Provide comprehensive services such as warehousing for its invested enterprises. (3) Establishing research and development centers or departments within China to engage in the research and development of new products and high-tech, transferring their research and development achievements, and providing corresponding technical services; (4) Provide consulting services to its investors, and offer market information, investment policies, and other consulting services related to its affiliated companies' investments. (5) Undertake outsourcing services for its parent company and affiliated companies. (6) Export domestic goods through agency, distribution, or establishment of export procurement agencies (including internal agencies), and may apply for export tax refunds in accordance with relevant regulations; (7) Purchase products produced by the invested enterprise for system integration and sell them domestically and internationally. If the products produced by the invested enterprise cannot fully meet the needs of system integration, it is allowed to purchase system integration supporting products domestically and internationally, but the value of the purchased system integration supporting products should not exceed 50% of the total product value required for system integration; (8) Provide relevant technical training for domestic distributors, agents of the products of the invested enterprises, as well as domestic companies and enterprises that have signed technology transfer agreements with investment companies, their parent companies, or their affiliated companies; (9) Allow investment companies to import relevant products for domestic trial sales in order to develop the product market before their invested enterprises or new products are put into operation; And may entrust other domestic enterprises to produce/process its products or those of its parent company and sell them domestically and internationally. (10) Provide operational leasing services for machinery and office equipment to its invested enterprises, or establish operational leasing companies in accordance with the law; (11) Provide after-sales service for its imported products; (12) Participate in overseas engineering contracting of Chinese enterprises with the right to operate foreign contracted projects; (13) Selling (excluding retail) parent company products imported by investment companies domestically, or selling their imported and purchased goods domestically through commission agents (excluding auctions) or wholesale methods. (14) Sell imported and purchased goods domestically and internationally through commission agency (excluding auctions) and wholesale methods. (Market entities shall independently choose their business projects and carry out business activities in accordance with the law; for projects that require approval by law, they shall carry out business activities in accordance with the approved content after approval by relevant departments; they shall not engage in business activities prohibited or restricted by national and local industrial policies.)
