In the South China region, the mainstream quotation range for xylene is 6,300-6,350 yuan/ton, down 100 yuan/ton from the previous trading day. The listing price of xylene from Sinopec South China Company is 6,450 yuan/ton.

Today, the domestic toluene and xylene markets showed a weak downward trend. International crude oil and aromatics futures declined, leading to a weak market sentiment. Most downstream players adopted a wait-and-see approach, resulting in insufficient procurement demand. Prices in East China experienced a larger decline. In South China and North China, supply pressure was relatively light, so the decline was more moderate. Affected by the persistent weakening of crude oil, the overall market is bearish, and the short-term market is expected to continue its weak trend.
