On November 2, Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical reduced its acetic acid price by CNY 50 per ton. The current ex-plant (bulk) price stands at CNY 4,350 per ton. With weakening raw material markets and downstream buyers adopting a wait-and-see approach with purchases based strictly on demand, market sentiment remains bearish. Acetic acid producers have adjusted their quoted prices downward, while actual transaction prices are primarily determined through negotiation.
