Chempricehub, August 14 — Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year. The plant is currently operating at around 50% capacity, with low inventory levels. The ex-works quote for phthalic anhydride is 9,200 yuan/ton, up 50 yuan/ton from the previous level, and orders are being accepted on a limited basis.
