Chempricehub, August 18 - On August 18, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year. The operating rate stands at approximately 50%, with inventory remaining at a low level. The current ex-works quotation for phthalic anhydride is 9,250 yuan/ton, up 50 yuan/ton from the previous level, and orders are accepted on a limited basis.
