Shuguang Chemical’s isobutyraldehyde quotation has dropped sharply, and the first-phase plant unit has been shut down.

On October 21, the isobutyraldehyde unit (annual capacity of 25,000 tons) at Anqing Shuguang Chemical Co., Ltd. was shut down for its first-phase operation. The ex-factory price of isobutyraldehyde was quoted at RMB 8,000 per ton, representing a decrease of RMB 3,000 per ton.
