Chempricehub, October 21 — On October 19, 2026, BASF and Hengshen Group signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to integrate their European polyamide 6 value chain businesses into a joint venture with equal 50:50 ownership. The assessment scope also includes both parties’ global extrusion businesses outside North America.
