Chempricehub, October 9 – The phthalic anhydride (PA) unit at Changzhou Xinyang has a capacity of 100,000 tons per year. The plant’s operating rate is approximately 60%, with low inventory levels. The quoted price for PA stands at RMB 10,300/ton, reflecting an increase of RMB 250/ton. Actual transaction prices have also risen, and the supplier is accepting orders on a limited basis.
