ChemPriceHub, October 9 – Changzhou Xinyang’s phthalic anhydride (PA) plant has a capacity of 100,000 tons per year. The current operating rate is around 60%, with low inventory levels. The quoted price for PA stands at RMB 10,300/ton, up by RMB 250/ton. Actual transaction prices have also increased, and the supplier is accepting orders on a limited basis.
