On November 6, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported that its equipment for DBP and DIBP (with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 tons) was operating normally. The quoted price for DOTP stood at RMB 11,200/ton, down by RMB 150/ton. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing enthusiasm, with actual transaction prices primarily determined through negotiation.
