Acid-grade (CaF₂ ≥97%): feedstock for anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and downstream fluorochemicals, including refrigerants and fluoropolymers.
Metallurgical-grade: used as a flux in steelmaking and non-ferrous smelting to lower melting temperatures.
High-grade lump ore: a hard-to-substitute flux for high-end smelting applications.
Construction & optics: used in cement, glass, and as a source for optical-grade calcium fluoride crystals.

China holds significant fluorspar reserves, concentrated mainly in Inner Mongolia and Zhejiang, with production capacity relatively stable and geographically dispersed.
